Environmental Justice Specialist
BIO

Kimberly is an educator and political scientist.  She has over 10 years of environmental justice, public policy and environmental quality research, analysis and data collection expertise to evaluate efforts for improving areas and addressing the issues and needs of populations with environmental justice concerns.

At Skeo, she consults with teams to facilitate incorporating environmental justice frameworks and research into their work. Kim focuses on identifying opportunities to explain, share and develop innovative ways to integrate research findings and impacted population requests into recommendations for formal guidance. She has a diverse background, with a foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methods, policy analysis and public administration, and practical experience in higher education.
