Ms. Billus has more than 20 years of experience as an environmental geoscientist, providing technical support to EPA on complex projects across the Superfund, Brownfields, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Corrective Action programs. She currently serves as technical lead and project manager on Five-Year Reviews prepared for multiple EPA regions. Areas of expertise include data analysis and interpretation, human health risk assessment, data quality review, institutional controls assessment and remedy performance evaluation. Ms. Billus also provides technical advisory support to communities seeking to understand complex environmental issues. She is part of Skeo’s quality assurance team, responsible for reviewing quality assurance project plans, standard operating procedures and other quality-related material, to ensure confidence in the quality of data in Skeo projects and to ensure that work processes, products and services meet or exceed client expectations. She is also a member of Skeo’s editing team and provides technical writing support for a variety of projects.
