Hagai is an environmental analyst and writer with 15 years of experience in environmental consulting and environmental engineering. His focus is on life cycle analysis, environmental remediation and community assistance. Hagai provides environmental writing and research for EPA’s Office of Underground Storage Tanks, as well as EPA’s Federal Facilities Restoration and Reuse Office. Under EPA’s Technical Assistance Services for Communities program, Hagai provides technical assistance to community groups dealing with environmental contamination. Hagai has authored or contributed to dozens of Five-Year Reviews of Superfund sites, as well as reports focusing on cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated sites.
