Evan’s professional experience includes soils analysis in the urban environment and building a GIS-centric data dashboard for New York City’s water conservation program. At Skeo, he supports reuse economics analyses for EPA’s Superfund Redevelopment Program (SRP). His expertise includes data collection and management, implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures for data-related projects and conducting and oversight of economic research and writing projects.
