Evan supports reuse economics analyses for the EPA’s Superfund Redevelopment Program. His expertise includes business and property research, data collection and management, GIS analysis, case study writing, quality assurance and quality control procedures, and editing technical documents such as EPA five-year review reports. He also frequently takes on leadership roles for community outreach and technical support as a subcontractor through the EPA’s Get the Lead Out Initiative. Evan’s previous professional experience includes water conservation analyses at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and urban soils research at Brooklyn College.
