Briana has spent her career designing and implementing the systems, structures and processes that empower people and make organizations work. Drawing from nearly 15 years of government contracting and organizational management experience, Briana has been pivotal in supporting Skeo’s growth as an organization that helps employees and clients alike reach their highest potential.

As a member of Skeo’s senior management team, Briana designed, built and oversees the company’s financial, contractual and human resource operations. She focuses on providing the information, training and policies necessary that enable Skeo to operate smoothly. Briana works with staff and government contracting personnel to make sure Skeo is in compliance with all contractual and government requirements and oversees the operational details of contract management. Briana also manages the company’s budget, financial tracking and reporting, and corporate policies.
