I began work with Skeo on a part-time basis during grad school and enjoyed it so much, I stayed! Twelve years later, I continue to value the truly unique work environment that is Skeo. Staff lift each other up to learn and grow new work areas and to provide both depth of knowledge and breadth of experience to all we do. Everyone has a place at the table and everyone has a valued role to play in the Skeo family. And, yes, that is honestly how I think of my coworkers: they are family.

When I first joined Skeo, I was impressed to learn that most of my colleagues had been at the company for years. Over seven years later, it's easy to see why – I get to go to work each day alongside an amazing team, knowing that we are making a difference in communities across the country. On top of that, Skeo provides growth opportunities and is always looking for ways to support us – both at work and at home.

For almost two decades, Skeo has been an inspiring place for me to work and grow, personally and professionally. I treasure my long-term relationships with my colleagues and our clients. Skeo has always been there for me and my family – making schedule flexibility possible, offering new opportunities, weathering challenging economic times through careful planning. Skeo is special.

Skeo has been a blessing to me professionally and personally in so many ways! It is a joy to work each day in support of my colleagues, the company’s goals and values, and our clients. Since day one, I’ve been accepted, supported, invested in, and cared for by my colleagues and Skeo’s leadership team. I’m grateful to be part of such a unique workplace.

Lynette Vanderpool

The Skeo team is incredible and the flexibility can’t be beat. I’ve had the opportunity to try so many new things on the job and in the decade I’ve worked here, I’ve never been bored. It feels like our work matters. Support for staff during the pandemic has been incredible and reminds me why I’m so grateful to work for Skeo.

Alison Frost

I was willing to settle for something that would pay the bills and treat me like a person, and instead I happened across the most employee-focused company I or any of my friends and family have ever heard of. In the two years I’ve been here, Skeo has raised the bar time and time again on what it means to be an ethical workplace and I feel incredibly lucky and proud to work here.

Haley Gannon

Since 2005, I have had the good fortune to work within this incredibly supportive organization and alongside hardworking, spirited, compassionate and brilliant colleagues. I’m proud to be part of the Skeo family.

Matt Robbie

Working at Skeo has been a dream. Not only do I feel valued as an employee, but knowing that the work we do with our clients and communities helps people has been incredibly rewarding. When I have needed support or guidance my colleagues and management have been there to provide it, and in turn, I feel invested in the company’s success as well as my own.
